Ingredients:

• 4 fresh peaches, diced
• 1 medium Vidalia onion, diced
• 1 banana pepper, dice
• 3 jalapeños, seeded and diced
• 1/3 cup cilantro, diced
• juice of 2 limes
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Serve right away or chill in a fridge or cooler for later.
